1.2 Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds for digital goods only if there are defects in the product that prevent it from being used as intended. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

1.3 Services: If you are unsatisfied with any service purchased from Restart4U, please contact us within 30 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and determine if a refund is appropriate.

2.2 Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
